Tattoos

Pumpkin Pie was questioning me about tattoos this evening. She wanted to know why I don't have a tattoo and why I don't allow her to have play tattoos. As I was explaining, she questioned us being friends with others who have tattoos. I explained that we have friends that have tattoos and named some off and how they are symbolic to some and just something to do for others (please don't be offended to anyone out there that falls into this category). My smart little child comments, "It's one thing to get a tattoo, it's another thing to frame it." I guess she can come up with some smart thoughts once in a while and I guess that is how I feel about it to. It's a personal decision but if you have a tattoo on your rear end or upper breast, I sure don't want to view it!

well, tell pumpkin pie that i don't have a tattoo either...just because it don't. i feel some are pieces of art and others are pieces of junk. i'm not quite sure i would enjoy my mate having tats like on his face, or all over his body...just too much for me. it always tickled me to see the old men come into our medical office with their faded hula girls on their arms. that's probably my biggest thing with them is that they are permanent and they do fade after 50yrs and our skin does change which changes the tattoo.
