Last night, we were running around like crazy people and I did not get to eat supper until after church. On the way home, I commented to Sweet Pea about how hungry I was. I jokingly commented that I was so hungry that I could eat Sweet Pea's leg. It became a game of reasons why I could not eat each of the body parts. We got her booty and Sweet Pea stated, "You can't eat my booty; it makes me smile." Then I said that I would eat her nose and she replied, "You can't eat my nose; I eat my boogers." It became more and more silly as we went. I absolutely love the spunk that she has.
On another note, I plan to post a video soon of her newly acquired skill of learning to tie her shoes.

This weekend was busy but a relaxing busy. The girls are over the sickness. Luckily, Pumpkin Pie's rash was viral but it did not become any thing more than a rash. Matt ended up with a touch of the virus but was up and running by Saturday afternoon. Matt's mom came to visit and we spent part of the afternoon at a local dam/park, where I took some pictures of the girls. This picture is just a snapshot of some of the scenery. It was a gorgeous day! That night, some other family came to visit (finally!). Today, we went to church and then went to visit my grandparents. My papaw is in the hospital again for a severe type of pneumonia. He has been on two antibiotics and has tubes everywhere. He is feeling a little bit better today but he looks extremely sad. I like to tell him stupid things that I have heard or that my kids are doing, which always makes him smile. Sweet Pea has recently picked up, from "Reba", calling her dad a "moron" and a "monkey's butt." It's too funny to correct her for it. I commented that she was grumpy one day this week and she replied, "I'm not grumpy. I'm hilarious." Pumpkin Pie's medicine was changed recently so she is having severe migraines again. Needless to say, she has not been in the best of moods. The best news of the week is...I got World's Finest Chocolate Candy Bars. They are my most favorite candy in the world. The chocolate is to die for! I am also making plans to spend some time with my best friend this coming weekend and am definitely hoping that everyone stays well for right now. These past few weeks have been rough! Hope everyone else is doing well.

Rash
Apparently, things are just starting in our house. School called today and Pumpkin Pie has a rash that moves around her body. The doctor says that it is probably viral, so we are treating it with Benadryl for now. Benadryl knocks her out though! (and she still itches badly) The doctor also says that it may be a precursor to the adenovirus that Sweet Pea has been fighting for the past five days (and just seems to be recovering). Please pray that this is not the case! I don't know how much more cleaning or laundry (or pitiful baby) I can handle.

Prayers for Sweet Pea
It started Thursday...Sweet Pea started running a fever and throwing up. The doctor says that it is a virus, since she was negative for the flu and strep. Here we are, Monday, and she is still running a fever and I expect that she will throw up again tonight as that has been the her mode of operation. I have sterilized and washed so much laundry that I don't think we will ever get rid of these germs. She has been so pitiful and we are all exhausted from the lack of rest. Between caring for her, we also have the stress of having her underneath us the whole time, requiring full attention. Being next to me or her daddy seems to be the only thing that gives her any comfort at all. Poor Pumpkin Pie has been so great about it all though. She has been playing in her room, reading, and listening to music because we have to keep them separated to prevent her from getting sick. Sweet Pea is so pitiful so please pray that she will get better soon. She will be seeing the doctor tomorrow so I hope that they will figure out what else we can do to get her better fast.
